The salon manager must be able to plan and direct salon operating activities necessary to meet or exceed established budgeted sales, expenses, and profit and productivity goals.

Salon Manager assumes primary responsibility for superior guest experience, club card sign up, store/salon operating standards, recruiting and implementation / execution of all corporate/ field initiatives.

Salon Manager must be a team player with the ability to educate and develop employees and accomplish daily sales goals. Candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience managing a salon; also the ability to network with neighboring salons and beauty schools.

Salon Manager must be licensed and proficient at performing all services that ULTA offers.
