Salon/Spa Receptionist, Client Specialist
Must be honest, ethical, principled and trustworthy, reliable, punctual, detail oriented and accurate, professional in appearance and presentation. Key Responsibilities: • Greet salon/spa customers and begin the process of an outstanding service • Professionally answer all salon/spa telephone inquiries • Schedule appointments for clients, as well as make courtesy calls to remind them of upcoming appointments • Complete all register transactions for services provided • Maintain a smooth flow of clients to technicians • Suggest and prescribe retail products to salon/spa clients • Continuously replenish retail products and assist with quarterly inventories • Assist with monthly product counts and communicate supply inventory needs to the Salon Manager • Maintain the front desk and reception area, including cleanliness and organization Qualifications Skills Summary: • Enthusiastic, friendly, positive energy • Possesses a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service, including both internal and external customers • Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to multi-task, while remaining flexible to the needs of the business • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Basic knowledge of Windows computer applications • Ability to develop creative solutions to building salon/spa business • Previous salon/spa experience preferred, but not required.
