Work in a state of the art salon and spa offering exceptional services with a commitment to extraordinary client care and a professionally educated team. Our Spa Manager will play an integral part in ensuring an exceptional salon/spa experience.

Our Spa Manager’s Key Accountabilities:

• Approve time off for staff and ensure coverage. Communicates with staff via monthly/weekly meetings, memos, and one-on-one as needed. Conducts performance reviews for all staff. Develops incentive programs for all staff. Develops and tracks sales goals for all staff.
• Meet spa retail monthly goals.
• Conducts the AM/PM daily spa walk thru, room and bag check.
• Responsible for any cash or credit card transactions at the Front Desk.
• Ensures adequate stock levels for the appropriate materials (office supplies, shopping bags, samples, water, etc.)
• Prepare and place all retail orders based on sell-through, budget and availability after the GM's approval.
• Receive retail inventory in system and keep an accurate count inventory on hand with no out of stock.
• Participates in all inventory counts processes.
• Ensures all products are ticketed with the correct SKU, correct price and in correct location
• Being the first link to all customer complaints/issues. Keeping log and close account on all customer’s complaints in a file located in the manager’s office.
• Reward and recognize outstanding customer service on consistent basis.

This position requires a positive, professional attitude, with an intense desire to learn. Strong communication, organizational, and mathematical skills are a must. Experience with Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Millennium is an asset. Candidate must portray a progressive image and exemplify a dedication to service, style, fashion and beauty. Current Cosmetologist License/ Manager License preferred. Must have previous Managerial Experience.
